Procter & Gamble Sales interview questions

Got an interview with a sales director after the initial tests (general knowledge and ability, etc.). After that I was invited to a second interview called the final interview, which was with again another sales director plus the head of sales department. In general both interviews had the same format, consisting of getting to know you questions, experience and scenario questions. But after my final interview, I was invited for a third interview called Tea&Talk from Analytics&Insights department (which was my second choice while I was applying to the company). Since they knew about me in the previous interviews, It was more like a chat to get to know me, in a week or so I got an offer from Analytics&Insights department which I accepted. Overall the interview process took apprx. 2 months. Each interview had 1-1.5 weeks between, the first interview invitation was sent to me 1.5 months after I applied to the job.

The interview process was absolutely wonderful but a little bit tiring. They do not want to make everything hard for you. They want to know really who you are because they try to find a suitable character who fits the company.
