There were 3 interviews. Each one was divided into two parts. First was about the candidate's previous experience, such as tell me about a time when you led a time. The second part was about hypothetical situational questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you convinced someone to your narrative.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2020
Interview
Booked for 1 hour but only took about 40 min. Well- structured interview with behavioural questions (about 5?) and two situational questions. Interviewer might ask follow up questions for more details. REALLY focus on results so reflect and be prepared to answer any improvement/effect/result you achieved. Interviewers were taking notes most of the time, and they looked a bit serious/tough to me because they did not smile :(

Question 1
You observed a huge improvement, however your co-workers do no like the change. How will you deal with it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (College Station, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
Be prepared for their situational questions because they ask you some really unexpected stuff. They also ask you behavior questions. They don't ask much about the position itself in the first round, purely trying to assess your "fit."

Question 1
Let's say you need to get your work done with a certain individual in the workplace, but he refuses to talk to you. No, he won't let you personally talk with him or go out to eat either. How do you accomplish the work if you need his help for it.
