I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in May 2011
Interview
I took the on-line problem solving test, and received a call a couple of days later. They flew me to Cincinnati for my in person interview where I completed an hour long interview and another problem solving test. We were given tours of HQ and their museum, and they brought in lunch for us. After lunch we were taken on a short walk where they informed us whether or not we were receiving offers. VERY QUICK TURNAROUND

Question 1
A time you had a difficult customer service experience and how you dealt with it
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Oct 2013
Interview
I had a first round interview with Procter & Gamble. First upon applying I had to take two assessments online. The assessments were straight forward and were not too difficult to pass, just take your time. After the assessments I was contacted to do a first round interview. The interviewer asked questions that gauge your leadership capabilities and team work capabilities. You should have examples of good experiences in mind that you can use to answer the questions. They use the C-A-R (challenge action result) method so keep this in mind when answering questions. Prepare a good set of questions to ask the interviewer after the interview to show your interest in the position and company. After this interview I was contacted about 2 weeks later for a second round interview, I haven't had the second interview yet.
