I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview was very straight forward. My interviewer had a generic form to fill in but this needed a lot of detail in the answers and so took about an hour. I had to have a phone interview afterwards which was very similar but only lasted 20 minutes. Before the interview, there is an IQ test which is an hour long but if that isn't passed the you get sent home.
