Salesforce Program Manager interview questions

Misaligned scheduling process (moved time to speak with initial hiring manager two minutes before interview started just for that hiring manager to show up at the originally scheduled time). Hiring manager was distracted and doing other tasks during interview. Applied in May, didn’t get a final answer until July. Took three weeks to get a response after initial interview just for them to hire an internal candidate.
