Salesforce Program Manager interview questions

Phone interview with recruiter, then panel interview with 5 people from different departments. Helps to know company's core values and answer using STAR format. Interviews went well, but competitive applicants with more corporate experience.

The interview process was excellent! I was guided through the process by a technical recruiter. In total there was 6 interviews with various leaders at Salesforce and several check-ins with the recruiter during the process.
