Interview
Initial call from recruiter with questions regarding experience and expectations. Passed on to the Sales Manager who did more of the same with some deeper detail into personal selling methodology.
After this I was told that they would get back onto me within the week to discuss next steps. 2 weeks later I send an email asking if there was any movement to which I got no answer. Another 2 weeks later I send another email asking if there was anything else to which I received an auto-reply with 0 constructive feedback.

Easy going people asking lots of situational questions as well as general HR questions. Did not feel intimidation and as a matter of fact felt very comfortable during the entire process.

Interview
I got a phone screen, and after, I waited for a really long time before hearing back from them, maybe 3 weeks, and I got a design challenge. I got the challenge in an inconvenient time and I had to scramble a lot just to get it done. The design challenge was a bit difficult and could be improved in my opinion. But after much stress, I got it done, and in two days I got rejected. It was sad because I love slack and I was excited for the internship but one of those things where I had to pick myself up and keep going
