I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SupportYourApp (Amsterdam) in Aug 2023
Interview
I got invited to do a one-way interview. I get the idea behind the one-way interview but talking to yourself without getting any feedback or questions is not the way to go if you ask me. SupportYourApp should take the time to do proper interviews since now they just look at the recording and decide to continue or reject you. A company that values Customer Support should also value the employees by having proper interviews.

After a long process (which is normal), poor poor poor management in the final stage of the recruitment process. There was a big last "assessment task", that you have to invest at least three full days to prepare it. and once you submit it. No explanation, no feedback, no empathy. Just an email basically saying thanks for participate bye.
