Waitrose interview questions

Group interview where you had to discuss a problem and see how you, as a group could overcome it. Then once that has been completed you go into a one on one interview.

After passing the on line test got invited for an interview. Wasn't told it was an assessment but had already googled it. Interview went really well and interviewee made good compliments regarding my ability. However be careful as there are just words. Had to put senerios in order but you have to speak up. One thing was told it hear by the end of the week. This didn't happen and had to chase. Not very good HR.
