Applied online, completed a questionnaire which included a series of situations and had to select the most appropriate response and then had a brief in-person interview which included typical competency based questions

Very unethical and unprofessional approach as the job manager knew my current boss and called her straight away to ask about me. I didn't get the job and my boss knowing I was looking for a job made my job very uncomfortable. Potential candidates be aware!
