Took part in a one to one interview which was average and the questions were decent, not too hard. Didn't have to do a group interview at all but the stages leading up to the interview were very tedious.
I applied online. I interviewed at Waitrose (Peterborough, England)
Interview
Easy although very sexist, primarily women pass the interview process well especially at the store I’m at. The majority of men that work there are bullied by various managers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Stourbridge, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied for the position on the Waitrose website on the 7th February by completing a few online assessments to see whether I was suitable for the role. Received an email 2 days later on the 9th inviting me to come for an interview in 2 weeks time. The email didn't mention anything about a group interview or group assessment, so I assumed that it would just be a 1 to 1 interview. When I arrived at the interview I was shown to the staff room as they were running late and the store was really busy with half term. The actual interview was quite nerve wracking as there was one man asking me the actual interview questions and a lady just watching me the entire time. The questions weren't extremely hard, mostly 'Describe a time when...' type questions. It's only been 1 day since the interview so still waiting to hear the result.
