I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Walgreens (Memphis, TN) in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview went well; mostly behavioral type situations. Make sure you have examples in mind. Also tighten up your resume before you interview. A simple thing as spell check may save your candidacy.

Question 1
Name a situation where you had to demonstrate leadership.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Papillion, NE) in Aug 2011
Interview
They called me back and did a short phone interview before they told me to come in to fill out a questionnaire that was multiple choice and took almost an hour to fill out. I definitely did not get the job because of the way I answered and I guess that is supposed to be a definitive guide on who a person is, which in my opinion is very unrelible

Question 1
There were no difficult questions at all. You just have to know how to answer them the way they want you to according their scale I guess.

Interview
Interviewed through a career fair that was put on by my school. Standard questions like a time you dealt with difficult customer, time you felt empathy for a patient, and a time when you showed leadership. STAR type questions. Also the usual tell me about yourself, etc. Pretty standard and casual. Then the interviewer told me to apply online.
