Pros

The pay is pretty good. One of the better paying warehouses. The benefits are decent. You have a 401k option and you get eye and dental also.

Cons

The warehouse is awful. There is no set schedule as far as how long you will work each day. You are there until it is all done. They will not work with you if you have a second job. When hired on you are told it is a part time job. However, there are some weeks where you will have 10-15 hours of overtime. Long days, no life outside of work. Do not go here if you are looking for a part time job.

The pay is decent and the hours are shorter than the average grocery store.

Cons

At first glance the pay is good until you realize you're actually doing the work of 7 different employees. You're lucky if you get your 30 min break and unless you're a smoker don't expect to take even a minute of the 2 15s that you're "guaranteed." Upper management truly doesn't care about any problems you present to them. They'll talk to even tell you that they care but if its something that isn't going to immediately result in a lawsuit they pretty much ignore it.

Pay is pretty decent compared to a lot of other places. Associates start at 12ish and managers make 16.50+

Cons

It's hard labor. People think it's easy cause you get a chair at the register but it's really nonstop running and lifting
