Pros

If your lucky you will have some lovely co-workers to share your misery and hatred of this soul destroying company.

Cons

- The whole place is a mess - Same people over and over again get asked/pressured to do overtime while the 'favourites' or down right lazy people get away with doing the bare minimum - only ever the young or disliked staff that seem to do night shifts - constantly paid wrong and they will find a way to blame you (don't bother expecting the money back) - get grief from management and customers alike - Don't get trained. You will get told the basic how to if you're lucky and then you're on your own - when the audits come around you will see a significant increase in staff and management on the shop floor. -forced to sign contracts you don't want to sign -hours changed without your consent - pay for your own Christmas party -little to no opportunity for progression there is so much more but the list would be never ending, in short this job will chip away at your soul until you become a shell of a person.

Pros

- The people here on your level are great friends and very kind, decent people

Cons

- It's an Orwellian nightmare! I was constantly threatened with the sack for "not pulling my weight" when there was no other people around. - Rude and ignorant customers, more annoyed because of the wait as there is no staff - You're just a number to management - Unsociable hours for not even a living wage (don't even think about paying off those debts!) - No progression - Serious injury to eye and the management where falling over themselves "to make sure I was okay" (the claim is still valid by the way ;-) ) - Very depressing environment - No values or culture - Poor pay - Insulting bonus scheme - CEO keeps going on how he was mentored from a cleaner to CEO (real rags to riches stuff), but it is all lies. Really shows a meritocratic workplace when you hire your cousin as the next CEO by the way(!) - Would't wish this job on my worst enemy - No business outlook/ expansion plan
