Pros

The staff are great people to work with, get on easily, easy to talk to managers and section leaders that'll listen to you rather than just hear you and then not take action on anything.

Cons

Can be very tedious when it comes to asking for overtime, for example if you were on 20 hours a week and could be doing up to 40, and you tell many managers of the situation and then they'll tell you they will find more hours for you (almost as a promise) soon and you'll be able to work more. But they never do, and your request kind of disappears.

Pros

Great place to work for likeminded staff who are always happy to lend a hand and help in everyway they can. Pay is reasonable and work is rather enjoyable.

Cons

Some of the section leaders like to skate by doing the bare minimum wont lend a hand and will leave most the pressure on your shoulders. But that is certainly not all of them just a couple. Although nothing seems to get done about these problems.

I'm a home shopping driver so I get to do my own thing. There's no take home pressure, I simply turn up, do my job and go home. Always plenty of overtime when I want it.

Cons

Can be really physically demanding. Low pay, At £7 an hour it's the lowest paying company in the sector. 4 Weekly wage.
