Pros

I love my hours, the people I work with and the company it's self.

Cons

However They have a lot of Asda stars, ladder climbs, yet working nights none of this seems to apply. It's us guys that do all the hard work and that's a fact. I come out of the place sweating. Then will shop the next day to see groups of 3/4 colleagues standing around chatting to then find out one of them receives an award the following month. This issue really needs to be addressed. Hayle harbour.

Pros

Love working for a big company. There are so many colleague benefits as well as good pay rate. Easy opportunities to progress career wise also.

Cons

The downfall of the company, with huge loss of profits, and within my store management aren't very organised and communication is poor.

Pros

Nice and friendly colleagues. Many benefits including 10% discount on all food. Easy work and good money for what it is.

Cons

If you have a bad manager, then the job is awful. If you have a good one, it's the best job in the world. Long hours. Little reward.
