Pros

The people who I mainly worked with I would consider friends, great to work with.

Cons

- No loyalty from senior management. - No one is replaced who leaves. - You can't live on the pay. - In my first year they tried to pull a fast one on £200 of my wages. -Long hours and hardly any break time. - Always an excuse why I couldn't take annual leave. - You will be overworked and underpaid. - When customers are rude, expect no support from Senior Management.

Pros

- £7.50p/h - Great Colleagues - Good Atmosphere - Checkouts isn't as hard as working shop floor

Cons

- Expect you to serve after your shift has finished even if it means being there 20 mins after the store has closed - Management only contact you when they need something - When you book holidays even 7 weeks in advance they often reject without even giving you a reason why - Customers treat you like crap on their shoes (this obviously isn't the stores fault)
