Pros

Benefits are great but they come with a price Basic salary is higher than average call centers but it is still not good enough

Cons

This is a realllllly tough environment I have been there for 6 and half years and working for America in the our times is really tiring and hard And also the expectations and how they monitor your every second is so tough Yes it is company standards but this is not for the faint hearted
