Pros

You become friends with the people sitting near you. Also free coffee.

Cons

So many. Getting screamed at by incompitent customers only to be told to get over it by you manager, who coincidentally acted as a therapist...that should say something right there. Was personally attacked on a daily basis. Completely turned me off from customer service.

Cons

If ur selected for voice u have to work for voice (no night shift for voice) if u selected for chat then u cannot shift to voice and vise versa. So little to learn.
