Work from home. Not stuck in traffic

Fast paced. Team Leader not helpful. Training should be revamped. Got stuck during training and team leader refused to help.

Flexible hours and that's about it.

Cons

The leaders are HORRIBLE at communication. They rely on email, don't answer in a timely manner and refuse to call back if you happen to call them. Not to mention the level in which bureaucracy reigns is ridiculous. Don't even bother talking to someone if you have a problem, You are just a number and whatever is said against you, you can't defend.
