Pros

Great group of people to work with, you have the power to make decisions to help your customers, there are resources available to search for solutions to customer problems.

Cons

The system loads slowly, so you have to start logging in early or you'll have to use some of your UPT. This in turn cuts your lunch breaks short because you have to be back to load the system to clock in on time.
