Pros

No commute.easy process in the hiring process. The pay is 10 dollars per hour good pay considering working from home.

Cons

The training consist of watching videos and demos. Also taking test after videos.You are expected to do hours and hours of training and pass the test.Training is rushed.When you have questions your team lead is hard to get in touch with.The network they uses has many glitches they tell you to call IT...but good luck with that... On hold for hours with no resolution resolved.

Cons

They expect you to take on 5-6 extra job titles with no extra pay or compensation. They block out several parts of the year so you can't use vacation.
