Pros

Pay was OK, time-off policy was great, excellent benefits, great managers. Probably the easiest place of employment to get time off if needed, as long as it was outside of the most busiest parts of the year.

Cons

Ever-changing environment which caused work to be very unstable, inconsistent across the board, disconnect between upper management and employees on lower level, lack of communication, high stress, focus tends to be more on the negative than the positive, difficult to move up the ladder.

-Lazy managers -Managers screwing employees and a lot of juvenile favoritism -High pressure environment -You have to watch your back as people get screwed over a lot. Even seniority. -No time for anything but work
