Pros

Good experience builder and company is well structured to support your work. Virtual jobs are always nice

Cons

26 pay checks instead of 24 or 12 Lower salaries than top bank competitors. Very cheap with bonuses. Promotions from within have a salary increase cap of 15% External candidates come in with higher salaries than those promoted from within. Promotion from within is political, especially to B40 and up.

Company is truly led by visionaries. Leaders are focused on where the financial market is headed and decisions are made accordingly. It is a large organization, but you feel like you are working for a small company because management, even the most senior leadership, make an effort to know you as a person. Work life balance is great.

Cons

It is a highly political organization and as such promotions are based on who you know and a tap on the shoulder.
