Cons

Treats people appallingly, under pressure to work over 60 hours per week and then written off as not having skills as soon as you reach 40. Pays lip service to DE&I, discrimination is rife and bullying is the norm.

No ownership of complete blobk. More Engineer than project in hand.

Cons

Recruite so many qualcom employees all in higher position and they have spoiled arm culture. All Qualcom guys work as a group.
