      Shares, if you got them 2 years ago.

      Cons

      Work till midnight to get annual review credit. Organise meetings to get annual review credit. No more Zoom, its too complicated for the new people to learn.

      Superb benefits and work culture

      Pros

      Flexi-hours and relaxed working environment Beautiful office space with plenty of social activities and environments Only 40% in-office attendance over 3 months required MacBook Pro with (as of writing) the latest M3 Pro chip available to use for work Lots of young people (grads, interns) to socialise with 0.5 days per month available to volunteer to any desired cause I personally have a lovely manager who is super chill but also very helpful technically

      Complex business structure and roadmap that can be difficult to wrap your head around Projects may require a lot of prior knowledge and interest to thrive in

      Inconsistant Management

      Pros

      Excellent salaries, benefits, general culture and onsite amenities for UK software engineers.

      Cons

      Directors have significant autonomy to run their departments in their own way, this results in varied culture and inconsistent processes. While Arm corporate is great, be warned locally YMMV. In particular engineers with few or no management skills are promoted into senior management positions. Resulting in a lack of empathy and genuine care for their people.
