An overall good company, with some room for improvement!

Pros

Lots of smart people doing good work. Latest technologies. Interesting high-level company plans for the future. UK Reward (pay, RSU, etc.) is good. Good people. Hybrid working (2 days/week in office)

Cons

Experience varies by team. Poor management, which is reactive not proactive. Poor, ineffective, project management. Constant reoganisations (which produce no real result) are distruptive. Poor internal communications between teams. Quite political in certtain tains. Extensive politics with and between teams. Middle management and project management heavy. Guidance from managers often vague. Requirement to do lots of peripheral tasks around main task. Not many social/team activities. Often poor strategic decisions are made. Losing UK culture. Becoming an American-style company.

Great salary, Wonderful people who are very well educated and diverse

Cons

Individual managers make all their own decisions including who to hire. There is NO company culture as they all do what they want. Company has changed focus too many times also
