Arm reviews

Thanks for leaving a review and your over 5 years of service to ARM! We have seen an increase of reviews on Glassdoor from our Bangalore office recently, and they have been escalated to be reviewed by the local People team manager Nupur as well as Guru, as this feedback is very important to us. Many employees feel/believe that the Engagement surveys are not anonymous (they are), so they provide they don't provide feedback via that platform. For AFDS, employees may fear retribution from managers if they provide negative feedback, so they come to Glassdoor as it provides anonymity. Any company would be happier to read positive reviews, though we also welcome negative feedback if it helps to improve the work environment for the better. Thanks for leaving a review and your over 8 years of service with ARM! We place a lot of trust and responsibility in our employees such as the flexible work schedule you mentioned. With that flexibility is also the empowerment to make decisions, though as a company grows the pressure of consensus decision making also grows which can slow down action to the point of inaction. To that end, the more frequent communications with your line manager via AFDS should help address this, as the two of you build trust to the point where he/she feels comfortable to let you execute on a decision.
