      - Great enviroment and you will surely develop your skills at this company.

      Cons

      - Does not provide a competitive pay. - Team leads/managers are not trained in order to be qualified (thus micromanaging can occur)

      Thanks for leaving a review, and it's good to see that you were able to develop your skills in a great work environment! As the company has grown rather quickly in the last few years, we acknowledge that we did not scale to provide more training opportunities for Team Leads and Managers to be more effective leaders. This has been addressed and we are actively improving the courses that our Talent and Development team has to offer Regarding pay, the base pay may not seem competitive, but when you factor in all the extra benefits such as the annual bonuses and former RSU program, the total rewards package is quite competitive. -Rick C.       innovation was clearly the best advantage of this beautiful when I join it. Benefit are really nice

      poor middle management : since 2014 the company expension is too big and the force of the company is now distroy by a large middle management.

      Thanks for leaving a review of your work experience at ARM. Innovation is what made us as a company successful, and will continue to drive us in the years to come as we grow in to new markets such as IoT. As you have mentioned, we have grown rather quickly, starting around 2010 to where we are currently. Our processes and support from the People and IT teams did not scale as quickly to meet the company's needs, so we fully acknowledge the growing pains as a result of this. That said, we are taking steps to ensure that all of the engineering teams have the the tools, support and personnel needed to focus on their jobs. Some of this includes Project Managers to ensure that projects stay on track so we meet our deadlines internally, as well as externally for the partners in the ARM Ecosystem as their roadmaps are dependent on ours. -Rick C.       Projects just keep coming, Never ever you'll feel you dont have work There is so so so much to do here from Design to Layout to Automation Opportunities to work at this office is tremendous Noida Office has a good cross site presence

      Cons

      No HR, Finance or Admin related staff in the premises Managers are too are either biased or ignorant Cramped spaces. We are 73 employees stuffed in a half floor area
