There are good career advancement opportunities and it is clear when you need to do for advancement. Good variety in job types and flexibility in where and when you work.

Cons

Accenture owns Avanade and pushed processes that are designed for the worlds largest companies down, which creates too much process at the 1,000 to 5,000 seat clients, of which we have many.

Most of the senior management is respectful and open. Generally a positive atmosphere with talented people.

Cons

Chargability became an issue. Some employees are overworked and none receive overtime pay. Other employees have problems finding placements due to inadequate training. Poor planning can lead to a chaotic work-life balance.
