Pros

You are always surrounded by technology. You have access to new products. You have access to an employee discount, but don't abuse it.

Cons

The standard retail job cons - lack of talented and motivated employees, consumers are unclear in their communication, over-reaching in their demands.

Pros

You get to help a lot of people and they appreciate the knowledge and solutions offered. You become friends with a lot of co workers and that makes for a fun environment. You learn alot about the business side of Best Buy and how retail management works.

Cons

Compensation does not match skills and knowledge Sometimes you click with management and unfortunately sometimes you don't Alot of times its just you with no help from anyone helping multiple people at one time.
