There are decent opportunities to grow while working here. The pay is not great, but it could be worse. Your hours really depend on your ability to get your job done and to be profitable.

Cons

Doesn't pay enough. Absolutely no overtime is allowed unless there is some extreme emergency. Benefits are only good if you can afford to pay a LOT of money.
