Pros

Best buy is a great company to work for is you are looking for decent pay, good benefits, and some discounts on electronics.

Cons

Management team is hit or miss depending on your store. Its the corporate mentality of the big box stores that drive profit margin home instead of customer service.

Pros

Excellent place to develop sales strategies and skills. Also very nice exposure to the latest and greatest gadgets and technologies.

Cons

Very poor training. Starting pay is not that good and its very hard to make yourself standout. Obtaining crucial information on standard operating procedures is hard to obtain.
