Pros

Was fun to work at with a good team, provided sufficient knowledge of products to create a good sales experience

Cons

Taking on more responsibility only lead to more work, some recognition but no monetary compensation for extra work. No vertical movements within position/very hard to get.

Pros

Great people, and decent discounts.

Cons

You'll either be lacking in hours or over worked, no holiday time off for any reason from October to February every year, expect to be laid off and potentially rehired at a lower rate of pay or hours if you've had anywhere over 5 years of service with the company.
