Pros

Overall, it's been a good experience. Lots of resources to do job well. Lots of support. Good work life balance.

Cons

They always say "GREAT WORK!". But they should show us how great we're doing instead of saying it. Then they celebrate many people's 20+ years of service and lay them off the next month. And don't expect promotions unless you know the person hiring.
