Pros

Depending on the location you can feel a sense of family and belonging. Pay is average for most positions.

Cons

Top level leadership has begun to completely disregard the employee experience. From screwed up pay ranges for skilled work to cutting headcount while employees drown in upset customers at a store level. All to boost profits for shareholders. Another thing that stung is the since COVID they have capped annual raises at 3% for employee's while shareholders got an almost 5% dividend just last quarter. FYI this treatment only seemed to begin once Corie Barry took over as CEO from Hubert Joly who was employee and customer focused, not shareholder focused.
