Pros

Friendly and supportive coworkers and managers, informative learning materials, emphasis on NOT answering work-related messages and emails off the clock, sales expectations like at any other job but I didn't feel like they were pushed in a hostile or aggressive way, decent employee discounts, management was mental health and burnout-conscious, overall positive atmosphere, management was also protective of staff when dealing with rude and unreasonable customers. Overall the best retail work experience I've had by a mile.

Cons

Low starting wages, especially in Geek Squad, early all-store meetings, somewhat confusing protection plan and service breakdowns depending on how good your memory is
