Pros

Personally, I'm in love with the backend work that I do for my store as well as the employee discounts that I get whenever I want to buy a gift for my family/friends! The workspace is really easygoing and there are times when you are pushed to your very best during peak hours, but I see that as a good thing for growth. Make sure that your management is great in the sense that they truly care about your team and whether or not you are getting the help that you need!

Cons

Sometimes the hours are very short for the employees during non-peak months, so you could struggle a little bit doing some of the warehouse duties on your own. For instance, the beginning Q1 and Q2 parts of the year are stale in the sense that we don't have many employees working in comparison to Black Friday / Christmas time. Despite this, you could have a lot of orders coming in and it'll be much harder fulfilling them on your own instead of with a team. Also, make sure that you have your schedule in check! Working night shifts (2-11pm) as a warehouse employee has its repercussions for sure.

Pros

Autonomy As long as I get my field work done and the clients taken care of, my manager lets me work how I want.

Cons

I work hard to provide top quality service to my clients and go out of my way regularly to help improve peoples experience even when salepeople screw up orders. We are supposed to get raises based on merit, but the last 2 years have been below inflation rate blanket raises. No reason, just tell us to keep working harder for less money. No.
