Pros

GREAT energy! Best Buy is good if you are happy to maintain status quo and peak at middle management. People are generally happy at the corporate office and I felt very supported as a mom. I like being in the office and have made great friends there.

Cons

Does not assist with career advancement (they call it "self-led" which means you need to network, network, network which makes it feel like my advancement is based on who I know vs how hard I work which is hard for an introvert) - Bottleneck at the top creates a barrier to career advancement - Siloed teams makes it challenging to accomplish - Impossible to get fired leading to incompetent management
