Biased against African American Employees

Pros

Not a single pro here...

Cons

Not a single Black MANAGER at this location! Constantly allow non-black employees to bend and break schedule rules. Managers extremly difficult towards black employees when it come to breaks and time off. Minority employees expected to pick up slack from privleged employees. If you are African American, avoid this biased location! Resigned due to vile nepotism, discrimination and work environment becoming hostile after almost 2 years.

Pros

Get place to learn and sharpen your leadership skills. I was there for 10+ years and it was the best business school I could have gone to. I had great mentors and good managers for the most of my time there. I started as a part time associate and moved up over the years. Training was the best feature while I was there.

Cons

Transparency wasn't always the best when I was there.
