Pros

People. Whoever still believes this place can change for the better Stores are great Headquarters renovated Good discounts

Cons

Management won't change for the better. Seem happy with status quo. People who stay are hopelessly lost in this battle. Those who left gave up trying to change the lack of progressive web development culture

Pros

Work from home, self managed. If you hit your numbers, you were left alone to work.

Cons

Lack of human interaction. Im even introverted but I definitely missed the team atmosphere. Not sure if there are alot of growth opportunities.
