Pros

You get a ton of PTO to start with like 180 hours or something like that. Don’t have to get it approved by your manager you literally just put it in on a day where there’s still time off available and you’re good to go. The discount was cool too at Christmas time. Also the gift cards we got sometimes randomly and Christmas gift.

Cons

Literally everything else working there was terrible. The co workers seemed cool (this was remote work btw) but all customers did was scream at us all day long and we just had to deal with it. It was busy non stop and you would get in trouble for not finishing a contact within the literal 30 seconds you get to put one in. It got so bad I was literally suicidal from working this job and got put on anti depressants. I quit that b hole and found a way better job and now I don’t have to be on meds anymore.

Pros

If you have a love for technology, this is a fun place. Working remotely is cool, too. They use Microsoft Teams which is an easy and user friendly platform.

Cons

Micro managed to death BUT THE WORST is there are no bonuses. They expect you to sell aggressively and give you steep quotas and expectations but give you nothing in return. Management sits back and never responds when you need help, but I'm sure they're raking in nice bonuses while the people doing the work still live in poverty. That's right...at full time, the pay is a joke, I barely make more than 24,000 a year which is nothing.

Pros

You’re outside so no customers

Cons

Management tries to cram deliveries in the most nonsensical way possible because unless my store is different, our manager didn’t actually do the job so he doesn’t understand it. You’re reliable for all the maintenance of the truck when you usually have a full day worth of stuff and when you’re done just want to get home already. Not too long ago my truck broke down on me, I had no oil and was told to keep driving until I told him it was smoking and then I had to call the tow truck. Afterwards I was told to keep trying to do deliveries even though we had no extra truck and we had 2 fridges to send out. Management has no idea what they’re doing. Warehouse is also a mess too at least around holidays, so many damaged merchandise that you cant always see. Customers will also be jerks about the most minor of problems, if that thing isnt spotless and they live in a suburb or city be ready to deal with a spoiled brat and have to play customer service. Also, you’re not alone during the job so if you’re unlikely like me you get a 3rd party hire who does drugs and constantly complains about the most minor of things all day. Management is downplaying this job and its issues tremendously which is why turnover is so high, training on a computer shows you literally nothing of the actual job
