Pros

One of the easiest jobs you can have if you just want to float by. Pay is decent. Paid Time off, holidays, and full-time benefits are extensive

Cons

Vertical Movement is based on open position and can often be based heavily on favoritism of upper management. Very little accountability on performance for team members. Going above and beyond can sometimes have little reward.

Pros

Employee discount. Decent pay for certain positions

Cons

Incompetent management. More concerned about virtue signaling than actually getting work done. Sexual misconduct by leadership on multiple occassions. Unrealistic expectations for workers who aren't drinking buddies with management. Management spends more time in sales development room than engaging with customers or coaching employees.
