Pros

Benefits are solid, pay is decent for a retail store. if you're a fan of electronics you get to work in an environment surrounded by them. the company will respect your availability/schedule outside of the super crunch holiday season.

Cons

Company seems more interested in selling credit cards and memberships than actual products; customers can be pretty demanding, and will frequently ignore what you have to tell them. stores are pretty badly understaffed, so don't expect support if it gets busy.

Sales/Commission

Pros

Commission can be lucrative if you put the time and work into being consistent and discipline in this sales role. Time management is key and learn how to pre-call all leads to filter leads that are quality.

Cons

Leads are essentially booked through store, online and phone. Most of the leads submitted from store lacks competency as to what the senior consultants can do for client. Instead of submitting leads that results in large sale, most leads are submitted for wifi, doorbell, and leads that are $1,000 or less. Basic knowledge is what most advisors suppose to sell in store but rather submit a lead where it does a disservice as to what the in-home program entails to. Lack of knowledge training from store management and below as to what the consultants program is about.
