Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. It’s fantastic to hear you’re enjoying working with your fellow (amazing!) Pandas and the flexibility that empowers all of our folks to create a real impact.
At Bitpanda, we are committed to doing things the right way, not the easy way. However, while we know that the news of the restructuring came as a shock, this wasn’t something that was pre-planned far in advance. Instead, we watched the world events and market conditions intently, hopeful for a turnaround. Unfortunately, it became clear that this would not be likely to happen anytime soon. That led us to have to move fast in reducing the size of our team in order to make sure we’re able to navigate this storm in the markets as a financially-healthy company, no matter how long it takes them to recover.
We are still fully committed to ensuring that being here remains the best investment in yourself and that Bitpanda is an equitable workplace for all. After all, we know that the growth of our talented Pandas on our rocketship is key for us to continue making investing accessible to everyone. That’s why we will continue to offer all our folks self-guided (but fully supported) growth opportunities, a flexibility-first approach to work that enables everyone to find their perfect work/life balance, and also reward the impact our folks make.
