Hi former Panda — We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed working alongside your fellow Pandas in our new Vienna HQ and benefited from our hybrid working policy! At Bitpanda, our DNA reflects the incredible culture we’ve built together with our Pandas. Our dedicated People Team is also always on hand to provide confidential help and support whenever needed. Because the sector we operate in is rapidly changing, we have to move at a very fast pace (think building the rocketship while flying it!). And as we operate on the idea of “launch fast and iterate”, it’s never supposed to be perfect. Instead, we aim to learn together from our experiences and keep building — better — together.
