Daily stress and with bad management that can't handle critics

6yHello, thank you very much for taking the time to review our company. We are glad that you liked your co-workers and believe people at Bitpanda are open-minded. But it saddens us to hear that you've had a poor experience when working here. We take your feedback seriously and are having discussions internally about how we can improve in the areas you have pointed out. The questionnaire you mentioned was set in place to give all the team members an opportunity to share their thoughts and it was not canceled, it had a deadline from the beginning and management selected some of the points to discuss how we want to work on them in the future. As you may know, we have recently set an extensive feedback program into place in order to hear everyone%E2%80%99s comments and set ourselves improvement goals for the future. We did this because we believe that our team has great inputs and that only together we can make Bitpanda a great place to work. In addition, we are working on improving the overall strategy and the entire leadership level is participating in regular workshops to improve the service for their employees. Finally, I would like to mention that we are keen on hearing more details regarding your thoughts as we value your opinion.
