Pros

There is always a lot going on, there is a lot of effort put on to make working here something amazing, and is so diverse it is easy to find great people working by your side.

Cons

Only a con, as this is a constantly changing environment, sometimes you can feel a bit lost. but ultimately it is pe price to pay for working in an exciting and growing company.

Hi and thanks for your review and rating. I promise that we will keep trying to become an even better place to work. I agree that change and growth are non stop and that can create challenges and pressures but what a nice problem to have. Working in a business that is stagnant and not growing is a lot less fun I am sure. Thanks again Ryan

Salaries are not competitive with the market Communication is not the best but is getting better

Hi and thanks for your review and more importantly the 8 years+ service that you have given, you really have seen so much change. I wouldn't say we are trying to run the company through social media although we are using Workplace to help us try and improve communication which as you've identified is always an area where we will constantly try to improve. E-learning is an important part of our L&D strategy but it is only a part of it. This year we have run more workshops and coaching sessions than ever before. For example in October alone, we ran 35 workshop sessions on different topics. We are also working hard on our Apprenticeship strategy. I'm not sure what you mean with your "losing their job" comment but if you have any concerns, I would recommend you speak to someone, your manager or a member of the People Team. With regards to salaries, we have done a lot of work in this area and will continue to do so. Over all we believe that we are ok but we work in such fast moving markets we constantly need to keep it under review. Thanks again Ryan

Pros

My role allows a decent work/life balance. Office environment is brilliant, modern and well thought out. Free breakfast daily, free fruit, juices, tea and coffee daily. Company events twice yearly. Good location in city centre. Relaxed dress code. Truly diverse workforce. Regular updates from senior management on business position.

Cons

The business has grown at such a pace there are improvements which need to be made to many working practices to come into line with that growth. Similar roles are paid better. Employee benefits could be improved.

I actually agree that when you are growing as fast as we are and have been over recent years, sometimes it is hard to keep processes up to speed. However, what a great challenge to have? We are making progress in our ways of working and being an analyst you will know we are recruiting and bringing some amazing data people into the business. We are investing heavily in our management team, both in terms of bringing new colleagues in and investing in our existing colleagues careers and development. As you know, as I always say, if we get it right for our colleagues, we'll get it right for our customers and that will drive performance (even more). Thanks again Ryan
