Great colleagues, good working conditions, interesting projects, great benefits. My time with the company has enabled me to develop, getting involved in many different areas of the business.

Cons

Difficult to move within the company, but well supported in developing along a career path. Seemingly constant threat of outsourcing, pretty standard in most companies these days.

Great staff who generally want to do their best for the company. Waterside good place to work. Staff Travel.

Cons

Currently undertaking a mass offshore outsourcing of IT, Procurement, Finance and other functions based on a 'numbers game' with no regard to Quality. IAG driving cost reductions with no strong BA Senior Management to challenge. People are just a staff number and past dedication to the company counts for nothing. Distribution Curve pay scheme demoralising. Morale very low, BA is losing it's identity, end of an era.
