      Pros

      The office culture and work ethics were at the very high level. It was my personal pleasure and passion to go to work every day, interact with agents and customers. I loved travel benefits.

      Cons

      Unfortunately no job security was offered. Company closed the door by DEC 2013.

      Great international experience, great people to work with. Team spirit. Opportunities from within. Great place to build a career and travel abroad.Flight Benefits staff travel. Education opportunities.

      Cons

      Not enough time off or money to use flight benefits. Too many management layers, multiple reorganizations. Employees at British Airways (BA) have been asked to support the airline's cash saving efforts by volunteering to work for free, take unpaid leave or work flexibly.
